Full of retro goodness. I’m working to include more into it, it’s great at the moment!
Check it out. Mod Baby
Right now it has a ton of retro toys, games, clothing, and furnishings for your home. Go and enjoy!

Basic Tote Bag (DIY Instructions)
This tote is seriously easy to make, not to mention seriously cute! This is the basic pattern (well, instructions) that you can use to make a bunch else off of. I’ve used this one to make a bunch of different bags, and heck it’s a bunch cheaper than buying them all!
Unfortunately in the pic, I just noticed the stain on it.
Heh, a tad silly of me (hey, I do have a toddler after all, everything I own from when she was younger it seems has something with varying degrees of yuck on it.. lol)
More After the Jump
The project is all in one piece below the jump. I found the website Silver Seams all of five seconds ago. Billed (lol, bird project and I said billed..) as an open source craft site (how awesome?!) this great project is completely attributed to them.
So, pay them a visit (I might post some more at some point from them, seriously cool things!).

As you can see, there’s been a major overhaul, and honestly I’m thrilled with the way everything is! I’ve still got a bit to go, but honestly not much.
So, onwards!
I’m stilll going to have some free goodies, like the cute panda (and obviously a ton else) and all that too. The front page is now the Indie Baby! shop, and there’ you will find a huge assortment of goodies for everyone. There’s a ton more in the works, so keep checking in!
I’m trying to come up with some easy and fun crafty goodies to share with everyone too, (and if you want to have one- please share).

Caged Rock Pendant
Sorry about the crappy picture.
To make this pendant, all you need is:
Wire Cutters
Wire
Stone
Cut a smaller bit of wire (depending on side of your stone).
Make a hook at one end.
Wrap the rest loosely around the stone.
File the protruding ends of the wire (or else it’s gonna hurt, trust me there…)
Yep that’s it.
Granted, it’s about as easy as it gets. You can however get pretty creative with it. I’ve made similar things with marbles, small toys (think old school quarter machine toys), and plastic beads.
It’s one of the easiest methods to use, and it has a ton of different things you can do with it.
Here’s a coupon (if you want it)
There’s also a huge selection over at Amazon

The panda puzzle!
True it’s nothing intensive, but it is seriously adorable. Click the file to download the base template. If you want to, color it in using your computer’s art program of your choice.
It didn’t originate as a puzzle, but I realized he(?) would make a cool one after I cut all the pieces out. Even for any future projects using him (?) I’ll still be using the same file.
It will print out at five inches, but it can be resized easily. It’s a .png file but it should open on most systems (if you need a different type, let me know).
After you print it out, cut it out (or design it first) and you have a puzzle!
*It would make like seriously easier for you if you printed it out using watercolor paper or acrylic paper (plus they both in my experience hold ink from my printer amazingly).
*Seriously, don’t let wee ones use exacto knives (eh, I’m sure you know that but I’ve got to say it).

In celebration of the redesigned awesomeness and overall awesome I would like to introduce you to the coolest shoes you will ever see. Pink Plaid Slipons!
They are super cute.

Clearance at Joann.com!
JoAnn Fabrics has a ton of great stuff to get you started making cool things for someone special (or yourself, but we won’t tell) and using that link you can get a discount.
I’m going to be starting a DIY of the week (at least, it’s a thought) I just need a couple of ideas to get going.
If you happen to follow me over at one of my other sites you may (more than likely you have no idea) know that I’m a bit of a crafter. I love making things, so I figured I could share the wealth.
And hey, if you aren’t crafty (or just don’t want to do it) you can just buy it from me via the shop (as of yet not opened, it will be by then). If anyone who makes something or wants to share a photo, tutorial, or something all sorts DIY goodness, just ask (comment).
Anyway, ’tis it for now.
